Typescript 无法解析声明为 webpack 别名的模块

我已设置好我的 webpack 配置，以解析 development 或 production 的配置文件。

我不明白我在这里做错了什么？

当我 console.log(path.resolve(__dirname, 'config/')); 时，它似乎也是正确的路径，所以不确定为什么它没有解析。
